Our Team

Erich is tasked with ensuring we meet the client’s needs and set them up to successfully achieve production requirements. Erich is also responsible for daily business operations and maintaining the company’s values and mission. An industry veteran, Erich has helped hundreds of clients achieve their production goals.

When not in the office, he enjoys time with his wife and children. The white that you see in his beard is mostly their doing.

Jenna is responsible for educating new clients on our solution and managing relationships with current clients. Jenna finds joy in relationship building and with nearly a decade of sales experience, she’s worked with manufacturing companies across all different sectors.

When not selling, Jenna is spending time with her husband and two dogs, Oakley and Reagan

As Project Manager, Ryan works to assist our employees from pre-deployment through the completion of their project, while also ensuring that our employees’ experience with Nordic Solutions and its clients are exceptionally positive. Ryan served in the Air Force in Power Production for 10 years.

Ryan enjoys rooting on his Minnesota Vikings with his wife and children. He carries his values learned from the USAF in all aspects of life.

Denise’s background in recruiting started in the beauty industry, helping people find a place within their industries while making a good living. She had spent 15 years in the beauty industry as a Cosmetologist/ Instructor and working as the Director of Admissions at a beauty school.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and time outdoors.

Becky provides our potential employees with a clear and thorough direction in guiding them to employment with us. She is an experienced professional and is passionate about finding skilled machinists, welders and other tradespeople a career in traveling work that they love.

Becky enjoys time with her children and grandbaby. In her free time she enjoys camping, four wheeling, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

David brings 40 years of manufacturing knowledge to assist the team in getting the correct talent to the correct job site. He has a unique perspective, as he was also one of Nordic Solutions’ traveling employees for a couple years. David served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years as a Cryptological Interpreter, Spanish. A machinist since 1985, David has used manual, NC and CNC to make a wide variety of products from a wide variety of materials.

David enjoys fishing, gardening, firearms and smoked brisket tacos. Howdy, ya’ll!

After spending over a year on the recruiting side of the business, Will is now eager to help clients overcome their challenges meeting production goals. His experience allows him to provide insight to clients on what differentiates Nordic Solutions from others in the industry and why our proprietary recruitment process yields higher returns for our client, introducing them to our solutions and guiding them towards building a partnership built on our Core Values. Will enjoys working on cars, attending car shows and spending time with friends.

Avery is the go-to for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes at Nordic. She helps out across recruiting, sales, and project management—basically, wherever she’s needed. Her quick thinking and attention to detail make her a huge asset to the team.

When she’s not keeping us organized, you can find her hanging out with friends and family, getting outside, playing volleyball, or spoiling her pets.

Kendall works directly with our clients to help solve production challenges and keep things moving. She brings a ton of energy, attention to detail, and a “let’s get it done” attitude to everything she does—which makes her a great fit for both our team and the clients we support.

Outside of work, Kendall enjoys being active outdoors, and hanging with her cats.
